If you struggle with emotional eating, overeating, or confusion when it comes to healthy eating this is a great option. In my opinion, the 2B Mindset is truly the best eating plan out there for long-term overall health.

What is the 2B Mindset?

In case you are not familiar with the program - the 2B Mindset is a weight loss program created by Ilana Muhlstein, MS, RDN. It is a simple, sustainable, and sensible way to lose weight. You are given 4 simple principles and guidance on how to plate your meals. 

From there, you learn how YOUR body best loses weight while still being full and satisfied. What really makes it special is how the 2B Mindset focuses on the MINDSET shifts that take place when we truly commit to changing our eating habits. I truly never thought it was possible to lose weight while still eating my favorite foods and enjoying delicious recipes, but this is what 2B Mindset is all about. Do you need to exercise to lose weight on the 2B Mindset?

No - you do not need to follow an exercise program to lose weight with the 2B Mindset. Exercise is considered extra credit. You do not track calories or macros and instead you learn how to eat for your goals. Most of the women in my bootcamp do incorporate fitness on a regular basis, but if you’re not ready to start working out, that’s ok too!

Its important to note, you will not see carbs included with these dinner ideas - but please know, the 2B Mindset is NOT about cutting out entire food groups. This is NOT keto or a low-carb diet. In the 2B Mindset program you learn veggies get you full and satisfied, protein keeps you full and satisfied, and carbs are for ENERGY. Therefore, most of us do not need carbs at dinner when in melting mode (losing 1-3 pounds per week) and you will not see them in these healthy recipes. 

When it comes to the 2B Mindset nutrition program most of my clients find their dinner choices have a tremendous impact on their weight-loss goals.
