Maple Mustard Air Fryer Salmon Recipe

Mmmmm - this is one of the most popular recipes from my old blog and for good reason! 1) It is so freaking EASY! 2) It tastes amazing - quick enough for a weeknight dinner, yet elegant enough for a dinner party.

My original recipe was for the oven, so I’ll include that as well - but for me, the air fryer is a no-brainer. It gives the perfect outer crust with tender center. I don’t think I’ve cooked salmon in my oven since I bought my air fryer!

Also - while whole grain mustard is recommended in the recipe, I love to use specialty mustards like this one (used in the photo above):

So have fun with it! I have about 4-5 mustards on hand at all times, lol - I might need an intervention. Such a great way to add flavor + depth to your recipes without extra calories!
