Easy Baked Meatballs and Gravy
One thing I love most about this recipe is that it only uses ONE pan. I do recommend a cast iron skillet. If you do not have a cast iron skillet, just make sure your skillet has at least 2 inch sides to keep the gravy from spilling over.
First, you brown the meatballs in the pan, leaving all the browned bits in the pan. Then, in the same pan you will mix the gravy recipe. Finally, you combine the meatballs and gravy all together. Then bake in the oven until the meatballs are cooked through and smothered in a rich brown gravy.
