Baked Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin or flat iron steak, sliced across the grain into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 onion, sliced into 1/2 inch strips
- 1 bell pepper sliced into 1/2 inch strips
- 3 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place the veggies in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Place the steak on top.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over meat and veggies, then toss lightly to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then stir meat and veggies gently.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
- Serve with cauliflower rice, regular rice, or make fajitas in wraps.
- Top with a squeeze of lime juice, salsa, sour cream or any desired toppings.
