Here’s an exact sample of a day of eating on 2B Mindset - a quick breakfast in the morning that will work for you if you are working from home or need to head out the door in a hurry. A delicious and filling lunch that can easily be prepped ahead of time and a dinner the whole family will eat without complaint! Breakfast: 1 slice whole grain toast, 1-2 tsp natural peanut butter, sliced banana, drizzle of honey, Vegan Cafe Latte Shakeology blended with 1 cup almond milk and 5 ice cubes.

Lunch: Barbecue Salmon (follow THIS recipe and substitute your favorite barbecue sauce for the maple-mustard sauce), Sweet + Tangy Brussels Sprouts Salad, roasted sweet potato slices. Toss sliced sweet potato with salt, pepper, garlic powder and roast at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. These make GREAT meal prep or simply make extra with dinner like I do and then you’ll have leftovers the next day!

Snack: Lemon Bevvy in 16 oz of water

Dinner: Trader Joe’s Mexican Cauliflower Rice with Baked Steak Fajitas

As you can see this isn’t a starve-yourself-and-eat-boring-food diet - this is a way of eating that leaves you full and satisfied, leaving less room for temptation and binge-ing on the things that don’t make you feel good.
