I’m so excited to share 11 delicious Cookies and Creamy Shakeology recipes with you! Cookies and Creamy plant-based vegan Shakeology is the fifth permanent flavor available and I have to say it is one of my favorites! Cookies and cream ice cream is my absolute favorite and this truly hits the spot when your cravings hit.

What is Shakeology?

Shakeology is my favorite shake and I have been drinking it for over 7 years! If you’re not familiar with it - I’ll share a few important details below and you can learn more about Shakeology HERE.

Some highlights of Cookies and Creamy Shakeology’s nutrient dense ingredients include 16 g of protein, 250 mg of omega-3, 6g of fiber, plus it is certified gluten-free and vegan {dairy-free}. Additionally, I love that Shakeology is sweetened with stevia leaf and does not have any artificial sweeteners. It makes a delicious meal replacement product and if you are busy and on-the-go, this is a perfect way to stay on track with your healthy eating.

Shakeology comes in either a 30 day bag or 24-packet cartons and can be purchased as a one-time purchase, but most of my customers prefer the flexible monthly subscription membership. Additionally, it can be purchased alone or combined with my nutrition bootcamp and/or the Beachbody On-Demand membership for a packaged deal!

What does Cookies and Creamy Shakeology taste like?

Cookies and Creamy Shakeology tastes a LOT like cookies and cream ice cream. Now, I’m not gonna lie - OF COURSE it does not taste EXACTLY like ice cream, but if you have a huge sweet tooth like I do then I think you will agree that the Shakeology formula gurus NAILED IT with this flavor.

I personally find the flavor to be a bit more of the “creamy” taste of cookies and cream ice cream. There are notes of vanilla, with hints of chocolate cookie flavor. Sometimes, I drink it just shaken ice and water, but for a thick and velvety shake you will want to use a blender.

You’ll see I often use almond milk in my Shakeology recipes and that is simply because that is what I drink - you can use whatever liquid base that works for your weight loss goals, tastes and budget. Use these recipes as a guide and adjust the amount of ice/liquid depending on how thick you like your shake!

When to drink your Shakeology

Shakeology is an awesome way to grab a healthy meal on-the-go. You can see an example of A Day of Eating and how I use Shakeology most days HERE.

Most days I have it for breakfast, but the key is to drink your Shakeology at the time of day where you struggle most. I used to skip breakfast all the time - but once I started drinking Shakeology, it made it so easy make a healthy breakfast in just a few minutes. If you struggle with snacking in the afternoon or nighttime, then that might be the best time for you to have your Shakeology. We are all different, so look at your eating habits and see where this delicious meal replacement can fill a void or make it easier for you to avoid temptations!

Peanut Butter Cookie

1 cup almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder

Maple Buttercup Cookie

1 cup almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 2 teaspoons real maple syrup, 1 teaspoon crunchy almond butter

Mint Chocolate Cookie

1 cup almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/4 teaspoon mint extract

Raspberry Cookies and Creamy

1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Veggie Monster Cookies and Creamy

1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1/2 cup baby spinach - {this is a good one if you don’t have a big sweet tooth!} Add water to create your desired consistency - this can be a smoothie bowl or smoothie!

Mocha Cookie

1/2 cup cold brew coffee of your choice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology

Coconut Cookie

1 cup unsweetened coconut beverage, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Caramel Cookie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1 tsp almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon caramel extract

Double Chocolate S’mores

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop )Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow extract. Blend and top with 1 square of crushed chocolate graham cracker

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup ice, 1 packet (or scoop) Cookies and Creamy Shakeology, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (for garnish)
