This can be tricky to answer, because it is totally up to YOU and your body! You can have it for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner! I personally prefer to have it as an afternoon snack or as a dessert, as my sweet tooth tends to rear its head later in the day.
Can you enjoy Wonder Whips if you are dairy free?
Absolutely! Just make sure to check that your dairy-free yogurt has more protein in grams than the sugar or fat grams.
