LIIFT More by Beachbody: Everything You Need to Know

I am SO excited about LIIFT More - the new fitness program by Beachbody! I’ll share everything you need to know about LIIFT More. This program is a comprehensive follow-up program to the widely popular lift and HIIT LIIFT4 workout program.

What is LIIFT More?

LIIFT More is the NEW lift and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style fitness program by Team Beachbody super trainer Joel Freeman.

  • LIIFT More is an 8 week full-body muscle building and cardio program

  • You will workout 5 days a week. Each workout is 35-45 minutes in length

  • Workouts can be done at home with proper equipment or in a gym

Liift More workout program details:

Liift More includes 40 unique streaming workouts with 5 workout sessions per week over 8 weeks. The program is broken into two phases.

Phase 1: build strength and mass

Phase 2: lean out and get ripped with increased intensity

Your workouts will include strength training/weight lifting, cardio HIIT, and core work.

Additionally, you will have the option of 20 minute Liift Express workouts for days when you may be short on time.

Who is LIIFT More for?

Liift More is for individuals who want to build muscle with weight lifting, lean out, and improve their overall fitness. Workouts can be streamed through the Beachbody On-Demand App.

This is an intermediate level program, so if you are new to working out you may want to start with a beginner program prior to Liift More.

Liift More Nutrition

While fitness is an essential piece of getting in shape, NUTRITION is the most important part of losing weight and building muscle. If you want results, then you MUST combine the Liift More workouts with the right nutrition.
