I remember what it was like when I first started - my little guy was only 2 years old, I had not worked out in YEARS and there I was on the treadmill. I had run 0.1 miles (no that is NOT a typo. What equipment do you need?

  • A great pair of running sneakers - as someone who has suffered greatly from poor arch support and countless hours on my feet as a nurse, I highly highly recommend you seek out the expertise from a store that specializes in running shoes. DO NOT BE CHEAP! Investing in quality shoes can be the difference between success and injury.

  • smart phone, ear buds and you can use the running belt included with the program or running tights with pockets (my newest obsession!)

  • light, medium, and heavy dumbbells (I started with 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbells with my first program)

  • resistance bands (included with your package)

  • foam roller

  • a positive attitude! LOL - corny, but its so true. I know you might be doubting yourself right now - but believe me, if I can do it, so can YOU!
