The BEST Healthy Chicken Recipe -Lemon Greek Grilled Chicken
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (absolutely do NOT use jarred lemon juice!)
2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl and stir well.
2. Place marinade and chicken in large Ziploc bag and marinate 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high, grill chicken 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
