Air Fryer Pork + Pepper Stir Fry

1 pound pork or chicken, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper sliced in strips
1/2 red onion sliced thin
1/2 cup sliced cabbage

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Hot sauce
Lime wedges
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except lime and bagel seasoning. Make sure everything is evenly coated in the sauce.

Place in air fryer basket in even layer - cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, stir every 5 minutes! Remove once meat is cooked through, veggies are tender and browned.

Serve with hot cooked rice, top with fresh lime juice + bagel seasoning!
